Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 May 2026
These terms are provided for general business website use and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney to make sure they fit your specific services, tools, state requirements and customer agreements.
Acceptance of terms
By using the Eureka Pathways website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the services.
Services
Eureka Pathways provides AI consulting, AI automation planning, workflow strategy, AI agent design, business process improvement, related implementation support, and managed services such as OnCall Desk. Service scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines and responsibilities are confirmed in a separate proposal, invoice, statement of work or written agreement.
OnCall Desk
OnCall Desk is a managed answering and booking service. Setup is billed once; monthly service is billed month to month and begins when the line is live. OnCall Desk captures caller information, books appointments according to rules the client sets, and notifies the client. It does not diagnose faults, quote repairs, dispatch technicians, or perform any activity requiring a trade licence. The client remains solely responsible for the work performed, for licensing, for how they respond to escalated emergencies, and for any call-recording notice or consent required in their jurisdiction.
No guaranteed results
AI strategy and automation can improve efficiency and operations, but results vary with implementation, data quality, business processes, user adoption, market conditions and other factors. Eureka Pathways does not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, savings, call volume or performance outcomes unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement. Third-party statistics cited on this website are attributed to their source and describe an industry, not any individual client's results.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing recommendations, approving deliverables, maintaining required accounts or software access, complying with applicable laws, and deciding how to use any AI tools, automations or recommendations.
AI output and review
AI-generated content, recommendations, automations or responses may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Clients should review AI-assisted output before relying on it, publishing it, sending it to customers, or using it for legal, financial, medical, employment or other high-impact decisions.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt website functionality, copy content for unlawful purposes, or use the site in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, text, design and materials are owned by or licensed to Eureka Pathways unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute site content without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eureka Pathways is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from website use, service use, AI tool output, missed or mishandled calls, or business decisions made based on recommendations.
