Eureka Pathways OnCall Desk

Flagship product

The call you miss is the job you don't get.

OnCall Desk is your after-hours front desk. We answer. We book. We text you. Installed on the number you already advertise — no new phone system, no app to learn, nothing for your crew to remember.

The problem

Voicemail is not a front desk.

Home-service jobs are won on the first pickup. You're on a job, or under a truck, or eating at 9:40 on a Friday. The line rings. Nobody gets it.

The caller doesn't leave a polite message and wait. They're hot, or they're wet, or the house is dark — so they hang up and dial the next name on Google. You never find out that call happened. There's no missed-revenue report. It just quietly doesn't show up in your week.

<3%

of callers routed to voicemail bother leaving a message.

Two calls you'd have lost. One ticket instead.

How it works

Live this week. Four steps.

Nothing here needs a website, a new phone system, or a hire.

  1. STEP 01

    A fifteen-minute call

We write your after-hours script in your shop's name: how you want the phone answered, which towns you cover, which hours are emergency hours, what should never be booked, and what counts as a true emergency for you.

  2. STEP 02

    Point your number at us

Forward your after-hours or overflow line to OnCall Desk — or use a number we give you. Your signs, your trucks, and your Google listing don't change. Takes about ten minutes with your carrier.

  3. STEP 03

We live test it that night

You call the line yourself. You hear how your shop sounds at 9pm. You get the text on your own cell. Nothing goes live to real customers until you've heard it and signed off.

  4. STEP 04

    You get tickets, not voicemails

Every call gets answered. The job gets booked or the emergency gets captured, and you get a text with name, address, the problem, and a callback number. You decide whether to roll tonight, dispatch tomorrow, or call at 7am.

One hard rule

OnCall Desk never diagnoses a problem and never quotes a repair. That's what your licence is for. We capture, we book, we escalate — and anything that sounds like gas, smoke, sparks or carbon monoxide goes straight to a safety response and to you, immediately.

What's included

A desk, not a login.

You are not buying software and a password. You're buying a front desk that somebody else runs.

Every call answered

Day, night, weekend, holiday. Nights and overflow, or the whole line — your call.

The job booked

Slots, towns and rules you set. What we won't book is as specific as what we will.

The ticket texted

Name, address, the problem, callback number — on your cell inside a minute.

A person on it

Kevin installs it, tunes the script, and answers when you call. Not a support queue.

Who it's for

  • Owner-operators and small HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops
  • Shops that take emergency calls and lose them after 5pm
  • Anyone whose "front desk" is currently a phone in a truck cup holder
  • Westchester, North Jersey and Long Island first — elsewhere on request

Pricing

One number to start. One number a month.

One recovered emergency call usually covers the month. That's the whole argument.

FAQ

What shops actually ask.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. OnCall Desk sits in front of the number you already advertise. You forward your after-hours or overflow calls to us, or we hand you a number to forward to. Your trucks, your signs and your Google listing stay exactly as they are.

What happens on a real emergency?

It's captured and escalated to you immediately by text — name, address, the problem, callback number. You decide whether to roll, dispatch, or call at 7am. Anything involving gas, smoke, sparks or carbon monoxide gets a safety response and reaches you right away. We never diagnose and never quote. That's your licence, not ours.

Is this a call center?

No. It's a managed front desk built for your shop specifically — your greeting, your towns, your hours, your rules about what not to book. Nobody is reading a generic script off a screen. And if something's off, you call us, not a software vendor's support queue.

How fast can it be live?

About a week, often the same week you say yes. Fifteen minutes to write the script, ten minutes to forward the number, and a live test the same night so you hear it yourself before a single customer does.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. $497 once to set it up, then month to month at $299. The monthly doesn't start until the line is actually live and you've heard it work.

Do I need a website first?

No. OnCall Desk works off your phone number. Plenty of good shops have no website at all — nothing about the setup changes.

What if my volume is higher or lower than average?

The monthly moves with you, between $199 and $499, based on call volume and the hours you want covered. A one-truck shop covering nights only is at the bottom of that range. A busy shop wanting the whole line answered is at the top. We quote it on the first call, before you pay anything.
