Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 May 2026
This policy is provided for general business website use and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney to make sure it fits your specific services, tools, state requirements and customer agreements.
Information we collect
Eureka Pathways may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, project details and messages submitted through forms, email or discovery calls. We may also collect basic website analytics such as browser type, pages visited, referral source and general location data to improve site performance and user experience.
How we use your information
We use collected information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, provide AI consulting and implementation services, improve our website, communicate about services, analyze business needs and maintain reliable business operations. We do not sell your personal information.
AI tools and business data
If you share business processes, documents, workflows or other operational information during a consultation or project, we use that information only to evaluate, design or deliver the AI strategy, automation or implementation services you requested. Avoid submitting sensitive personal, financial, medical or legally restricted data unless a written agreement specifically covers that use.
OnCall Desk call handling
Where Eureka Pathways operates an answering and booking service such as OnCall Desk on a client's behalf, calls placed to that line may be recorded, transcribed or summarized in order to create the job ticket delivered to the business owner. Caller information collected in that process — name, address, callback number and the nature of the request — is handled on behalf of the client business, used to deliver the service, and shared with that business. Clients are responsible for any call-recording notice or consent required in their jurisdiction; we will configure the greeting to include one on request.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies, analytics tools or similar technologies to understand traffic, improve content and measure marketing performance. You can adjust browser settings to refuse cookies, although some website features may not work as intended.
Information sharing
We may share information with trusted service providers who help operate our website, manage communications, support scheduling, run business systems or deliver services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or misuse.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided by contacting us. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.
